Vinyasa flow In this class, mindful attention is brought to the breath, which acts as the agent of freedom. As we breathe, we are able to move through a series of postures, become more attuned with ourselves and move energy. This class allows the practitioner to break through old holding patterns and find new ways to discover the harmony we are all seeking. Other benefits include: endurance, strength, balance, stamina, mental focus, deep relaxation and acceptance.
